Q: How will your web design skills help me?

A: There are a lot of issues to remember when building a website and a lot of the online designers that build websites don’t take these issues into account. I try to meet all of the web design standard to make your site get more traffic, to allow customers to find your site quicker on search engines, and to allow the visually impaired to view your site. !(put link to target lawsuit)!

Q: How will the web designs benefit me?

A: My focus is on the quality of the design. I want to create a website that is beautiful, easy to navigate and that will win us both awards. I do not use templates, because I want your design to be as unique as your company. A website that is beautiful and easy to navigate will captivate your audience and keep them on your site longer.

Q: Will my website look the same on all browsers?

A: A poorly designed website make not look identical on all browsers. 80% of the US population still uses Internet Explorer 5. This poses a unique problem when designing websites. There are special coding tricks that I use in order to make your site as consistent as possible.

Q: What programs will you use to build my website?

A: I use Dreamweaver in order to see the website as it is being designed, however, I build websites in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript code to make sure that your website will be built correctly. I don’t rely on the tools in Dreamweaver, because they can often have unpredictable outcomes.

Q: Will you purchase my web address or hosting?

A: Upon your request I can solidify both your domain name and hosting for the website. If you have a domain name I can obtain hosting. If you have both a domain name and hosting, I will work with your hosting company to make sure your site gets uploaded properly.
